Question / Help Should i be getting lagged/skipped frames with local recording??

I have noticed that im getting some lagged and skipped frame when recording locally, its not many but im wondering if i should be getting any at all??. Here is a log file with the missing frames....

This very small amount (3 out of 262000) is negligible. These occur usually right at the beginning of a recording, when the system is still stabilizing after the system load change that is the start of a recording.You have to take heed if you get the notification of encoder overload some time into your recording session.
