Shortcut ERROR

As of 28.0 obs does not detect the shortcuts to pause the recordings, resume, etc... I have already configured it several times but in the end the same thing happens again, has someone passed it and solved it?

Run OBS as admin. Make sure the keys or combination os keys aren't used by the system itself, like ctrl+c.
