Shared Folders

I am using a work laptop and IT does not want to set up a shared/general login for me to use so more people in the office can use OBS setup I created to record videos. Is there a way to save an OBS Scene Collection (and Elgato Stream Deck mini profile associated with the OBS scene collection) to a public folder? We use a C:Drive - but I have been trying to save it and it is not wanting to save the Scene Collection
