Question / Help Shadowplay works perfectly while OBS is laggy

As the title says I've been trying to use obs for so long but my gameplay recordings always get laggy sequences over time. But when I tried Nvidia Shadowplay it works flawlessly and at high bitrates. I watched various videos on settings to fix the problem but nothing, even tried switching to "simple" instead of advance

GPU: GTX 1660
CPU: Ryzen 2700x
Ram: 16gb 3200mhz
Mobo: Asus Prime B450-A

Your log only shows you starting OBS, no recording. Generally Tools / Auto Configuration will work well for recordings.
