Bug Report Severe Minecraft FPS drop with Game Capture

Hi! So when I add a gamecapture of Minecraft the game drops from 144fps to 12-16fps. This JUST started happening today and I have no idea whats causing it. I have streamed/recorded before with no issues. The only thing that has changed is the new Windows Creator Update that could be making it act odd. No other games have this issue either; COD games or Fortnite ETC all have 144FPS. It specifically happens when I open OBS and have the gamecapture enabled, but when I use a window capture it is perfectly fine. The only problem is OBS Studio doesnt see Minecraft, while it is fullscreened and trying to do a window capture. What is odd is my CPU usage is perfectly fine!

Update: While doing more research I enabled the SLI/Crossfire Capture Mode and it gave me a significant FPS boost. I went from 12-16 to about 90, which is strange. I still would like the higher framerate for when I am playing but this is a temporary fix.
