I know there have been a lot of these posts recently, but I would really appreciate someone trying to help me.
My problem is that I have a gtx 1070 and Ryzen 5 1600 (OC'ed to 3.825GHz) and I can't stream a lot of games at even 720p60fps. The main games I want to stream are Overwatch and Nier: Automata, and both of those get really bad frame drops (even when Overwatch is at all low settings), and I am out of reasons as to why that might be. I've upgraded both my CPU and GPU recently and nothing has changed. I'm using 720p60fps downscaled from 1080p, 5000kbps, and NVENC encoder (x264 had the same problem but was far worse).
I never go above 65% usage on anything (even RAM) so I'm hoping for some help here. If you need any more information just let me know!
