Hi,
I'm asking here because I feel I've exhausted all other testing avenues and have yet to find a solving answer.
For the last 5 days I've been trying to stream to Twitch and I'm getting just non-stop frame drops. Doesn't matter if I encode with x264 or NVENC at any resolution, framerate, bitrate, canvas size, anything. I'm based in Vancouver BC and only way I could connect with reduced framedrops was to stream via the EU London UK server. With that I could barely get a stable 2800kbps at 720p30.
I've used TwitchTest for the servers, I tried every NA server I could, I tried every bitrate I could, I tried OBS v18.0.2, v19.0.2, v19.0.3, I did a server test stream to mixer.com & I can push out 10mbps 60fps without a single frame drop.
I feel I'm the only one affected by this as other streamers are still live. So i don't think it's JUST the Twitch servers being poop otherwise no one would be live. my internet is 100 up, 100 down. Speed tests show they're stable. checked with ISP, downloads & other platforms work fine.
Completely at a loss on what to do.
I've attached my log of the mixer then Twitch test.
Thanks!
