Setup for Vertical Commentary?

Hello Community.
I am trying to make some vertical commentary videos for IG. I was wondering if anyone has an good tutorials or setups for doing a split screen or screen within screen setup where I can:
Watch, pause, start the video while watching it
Audience can see both my camera and video on screen
Audio for both is active

Any suggestions are greatly appreciated. Thanks

Easiest way I've found for this on Mac: set your canvas to 1080x1920 in Settings > Video (both base and output). Then add a Window Capture for whatever you're reacting to, scale it to the top ~60% of the frame. Put your webcam source in the bottom portion. For controlling playback, I just use a second monitor or keep the video player on a different desktop and use hotkeys to pause/play, since OBS captures the window regardless. Audio-wise, add an Application Audio Capture source for the video player app specifically, that way you get both your mic and the video audio on separate tracks and can mix them independently.
