What settings are best for my computer? Im prefering nice quality for viewers and would be nice if i could stream in 60 fps. mostly streaming league of legends, sometimes hearthstone etc

gpu: gtx 650 ti
cpu: i3-4160 3.6
os: windows 10
upload: 5.5 mb

If you get lag while streaming a game you can switch to 30 FPS.
