Question / Help settings to stream

I don't know if you need some info on my pc but if you do just ask and probably tell me how to do it as it's my first forum. When I stream my stream looks terrible and l lag like crazy and my games are hardly terrible I normally play either apex legends or fortnite. my pc specs are Intel i7 7th gen, GeForce 1050Ti and 8gb of DDR4 RAM. Can someone please help this is so annoying. If you need any more info or you need me to do some tests on my pc could you tell me how to do them because it's my first time doing this thing thanks. Windows is out of date and Game Mode is on by default and cannot be switched off. See the link below on how to turn this off, either by updating Windows or editing the registry.

Your connection seems unable to keep up with your relatively low bitrate. I would run TwitchTest and contact your ISP.
