I'm trying to force the audio encoder to use the HE-AAC profile @ 64 or 48 kbps. CoreAudio encoder is added. Bumping the bitrate down to 32kbps didn't default to HE-AAC and I can't find or guess the additional settings arguments.
It turns out that using simple output mode will use HE-AAC at appropriate bitrates, but I am not able to determine how to set this using the advanced settings.
