Settings lock for Advanced Audio

I was wondering if there could be an implement where in the advanced settings in audio you could lock the tracks and track settings like with sources. Something that would lock the audio gain and what not.
Its mostly that I've run into a glitch on W10 where if in full screen the mouse wheel will still be active in your last window as well as the full screen application. So this would prevent the audio gain from being slid around by the scroll wheel if in a full screen application.
Something that would look a little like this.

This suggestion is related to the bug of the Qt (that OBS Studio uses): https://obsproject.com/mantis/view.php?id=1214

Whole UI affected, not only Advanced Audio Properties. I think, it was misdirection by MSDN docs (https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/windows/desktop/uxguide/inter-mouse#mouse-wheel) of the someone from the Qt team, to switch the keyboard focus everywhere...
Its still something I would like to see implemented into OBS, it would just be a nice thing to have.

Fundamental bug that is not related to the OBS Studio itself (as mentioned in few links above about Qt). While Microsoft is some cases uses this trick (tabs in some applications, for example), in most cases, values of entry fields not modifies on simple mouse scroll if widget not focused.

Possible implementations, as was mentioned, may have noticeable impact on application performance. I don't think that the issue would be resolved any time soon on OBS Studio's side.
