Settings got changed, but I didn't change them

Had an interesting issue sometime between 2025-12-07 11:29 and 2025-12-14 10:12. My encoder got switched from hardware to software. I noticed the computer a little sluggish but didn't notice it was because the CPU was at 100% for the entire broadcast. Frame rate was about 1fps - suboptimal, as you can imagine.

The strange thing is you can see where I changed it back:

But this doesn't appear anywhere else so I don't know how it got changed in the first place. Any suggestions for preventing this from happening again would be appreciated. Full log: https://pastebin.com/He6BjnzH
 
Your encoder will never change on its own, the most likely explanation is that you accidentally changed it and didn't realize.
