Question / Help Settings for twitch stream

Hi, i realy want to stream on twitch with my friend but when i try my stream is pixelated and its not a good quality.

I don't need the best quality, just a good stream like 480p without pixel if possible.

My config :

Intel core I3-4160
MSI Geforce GTX 970
DDR3 Corsair Vengeance 2x8 Go

My internet :

Download : 8.5Mb
Ulpoad : 0.8Mb

With less than 1 Mbps of upstream bandwidth available it's almost not worth streaming. Even 360p isn't going to look good at 500-600 Kbps.
