Question / Help Settings for streaming

Hi, maybe here i will get help.
While im streaming cs:go my stream is gettings a lot "pixels" in fast movements.
My setup:
Ryzen 5 3600
Ram; Gskill aegis 3000mhz 2x8gb
Gpu: gtx 1060 3gb
SSD;
MS B450 Gaming Carbon pro ac
My download/upload: 155 mb downloads/25mb upload
