I just built a new PC and I record Fortnite, Minecraft, and OverWatch. I am also about to buy Rainbow Six Siege as well.
I have tried NVENC, QSV, and x264

Rig specs:
I7 8700k 3.7GHz
GTX 1070ti 8gb
16gb DDR4-3200
Asus gaming z370-e motherboard
I Also record in 1080p.
My internet is in the picture below.

I will send my Streaming and Recording settings below. Minecraft runs perfectly in the settings I have but gets more pixely when I record Fortnite and Overwatch.

You didn't mention framerate.

If you're having a problem, post a log.

Please post a log with your issue! Here's how...

Don't use CBR for recording, use CQP with NVENC.

If you aren't doing multiple audio tracks and don't already know what your settings should be, try Simple output mode with the available presets first.

You may get better quality for streaming by using the x264 encoder for streaming if your PC can handle it and the game you're playing at the same time; x264 at the veryfast preset should be better than NVENC at the same bitrate.
