Question / Help Settings for streaming LoL & CSGO

I need perfect settings for my system for streaming LoL and CSGO with 60fps and no drop frames.
My resolution is: 1680x1050
Specs:
CPU: AMD FX-8350 Octa-Core(X8) 4.00GHz
GPU: AMD Sapphire R7 370 2GB GDDR5
RAM: 2x4 GB HyperX Savage
PSU: Segotep GTR-550, 550W
Motherboard: Asus M5A97 Plus R2.0
HDD: Seagate Barracuda 500GB

Set canvas 1866x1050
Stretch gamecapture to cover all canvas (a little deformation: that canvas is 16:9 standard and your resolution is 16:10)
Scale output to 1280x720
30 fps: 1800 bitrate minimum , 2500 maximum
60 fps: 2500 bitrate minimum, 3500 maximum (this is maximun for Twitch if you are partner)
