My specs are
Intel i5-7500
RX 470
Gigabyte B250M-DS3H
I assume that's all that's needed for that. I'm using an Elgato HD60 Pro hooked up to my PS4. I want to stream the PS4 at 1080P 60FPS. I have 360mpbs upload speed. The stream is smooth for fps but the quality gets fuzzy if I move really fast (fortnite). Any suggestions?

To get rid of the fuzzy in high motion games like Fortnite, you need to set to a lower CPU preset and very high bitrate.

To achieve very high bitrate, you need a very powerful computer to do the encoding to pull it off. Yours may be a problem in that your i5 isnt powerful enough to do slower CPU encoding to produce a much more accurate representation of your quick movement.

Nvm that didn't work. It made it really choppy. Even when I put very fast it doesn't work. If I uncheck the advanced encoder settings it's not longer choppy. If I check it and use even very fast, my stream is very choppy for some reason. These settings just dont work for me
