Question / Help Settings for slow internet

I download OBS Studio to make a try for using OBS later at another location with quick internet. But at my place the internet is slow at uploading. So I went to the settings and change the bitrate to 400 and it works well

Beside that change of the bitrate there is even an option in the settings for Video. When I make changes there it that of influence to have a better result for my slow internet. If not when is it nessecary to make changes in the Video-settings?

Hi,

You can lower the output resolution that is screamed so you downscale your resolution you are gaming at say 1080p to 720p. For you this would be much lower due to the bitrate of 400, you could try 420p but tbh you need more upload bandwidth.
