Settings for recording!

Hello, I want to record and I don't know what to use for Encoder between the power of the Video card (AMD Framework) or Processor (Use stream encoder)? Can you help me with a recommendation please?

My requirements are:
Processor - AMD A10 6800k 4.1ghz
Video Card - AMD R9 270x 2GB
Memory 8 GB RAM
