Question / Help Settings for piss poor laptop?

Said laptop can play game minecraft at 60 frames with optifine turning everything way down. So the laptop isn't total garbage, but i need to know - even if the video is very low quality (for what i'm planning - a let's play with video from 2 different computers and people playing at the same time) i would like to know what i need to make this plausible?

so far when i try it on x264 or whatever on ultrafast and a CQF or whatever at 30 it's like 1 frame a second on the recording. so advice?

Encoding x264 low CPU

Settings for Crap PC? - and he doesn't uses PC for gaming, only PS4 Remote Play.

New, fast PC, this is the best solution. (I assume that this old one doesn't support hw encoders)

alright so i tried Ebrito's thing and i guess i'm just shit out of luck. game performance takes a massive hit...though i do have OBS set to Above Normal on the priority which would have that effect...but if i turn that off the vid would probly be too spotty to use. ill try it another time, got a headache right now.

guess i'd rather put the ipad on a mount and just put his face in the video. they might not see his screen, but it should still add value
