Settings for Dell Inspiron 15 Windows Laptop for Streaming Desktop Games

Hello. I have a Dell Inspiron 15 laptop that runs Windows 11 and I have two screenshots attached with the specs of my laptop and a screenshot of an application I use for streaming games known as Flashpoint, which is a software that allows you to play flash games. Every time I stream games, frames would occasionally dip and would often jump-cut during VOD playback. I would like to know the settings I have to input to fix this.

Use Tools > Auto configuration wizard and let it optimize for streaming. For capturing, use game capture to capture your game, if this isn't working, use window capture.
