Question / Help Settings For Best Overwatch Gameplay

I was wondering what should my settings be for only RECORDING Overwatch and other games, not streaming

I have the latest version of OBS and a screenshot of the settings page would help out the most. I know there are a lot of videos of how to do this, but they are somewhat outdated because of the updates OBS has had. Thank you! Here is a picture of what I have.

use AMD encoder

For the option 'Recording Quality' try High Quality or even the indistinguishable setting, the lossless quality setting will result in a massive file size, for virtually negligible gains in quality.

Your system specs would help a great deal as well.
