Question / Help Settings for a laptop that CAN'T handle streaming?

So, my stream is super laggy/freezing and I already know it's cause my laptop isn't strong enough to handle streaming. On OBS Studio I set it at 360p resolution and it doesn't lag, but is still super blurry. One weekend my stream was fine with a 720p resolution and then the next weekend it was completely horrible and kept saying 'encoding overloaded' and idk what happened which is when I downgraded it to 360p.

What I would like to know is if there's any solutions to my problem besides getting a new computer?? I stream mostly Call of Duty and here's my computer specs..

Processor - Intel(R) Core (TM) i3-2310M CPU @ 2.10 GHz

RAM - 4.00GB

System type - 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor

If needed I can also provide my current OBS settings

Hardware sounds really super weak.
You need at least 8gb ram.
I guess the GFX-Card is also very weak.

I would say get a new desktop computer!

I dont know if that laptop is even worth to use as streaming pc.
