Settings for 2 way conversations while on both YouTube and zoom

We are trying to incorporate having speakers be heard online in zoom, in our building and still be streamed to youtube without feedback. As YouTube stream relies on the sound system for a microphone we get a loop back/feedback while trying this. Any suggestions on how we might be able to accomplish this.
