Setting up pre recorded video OSX Mojave, can't hear audio issue

I have no problem streaming live but I now want to stream pre recorded video with audio ( mp4) I'm using Loopback configured with a Dj set up but I do not need this for pre recorded streaming. Do I still have to use Loopback?

My Mac Pro 2013 is using the 1/8th jack for external speakers and I hear those with other apps but not OBS.

Any help configuring this?
