Question / Help Setting up OBS Studio to Record

Wow, it has been more than a year since I attempted to record. I finally bought my long sought computer that would be good enough to play and record at 1080p. I come back to OBS and now, there's the unsupported OBS classic and the new OBS Studio which, once again, I can't get to work on my own. So here we go:

New computer specs:
Processor: Intel Core i7-7700 CPU 3.60 GHz
RAM 16.0 GB
Windows 10
Graphic card is Nvidia GTX 1060 6 GB

Basically, I think this one will handle the pressure of running say Mass Effect Andromeda at 1080p and record it at the same time and resolution.

But I tried a few things and looked a bit for guides, but I can't seem to find a guide that explains properly how to record (not stream) gameplay and have my turtlebeach headphones/mike commentary (so that it can be sent to youtube later, when I see fit). Anyone can give me a proper procedure to make-it work?

Well, nobody answered so I tried to set up myself and it went generally good:
I went into settings, put output mode to advanced, set encoder to x264, no rescale (1920x1080), bitrate 2500, CPU=veryfast, recording path is D:/Video Library, type is FLV. Audio is okay so I can hear both game and Mike. Video is tab is all set to 1920..., bicubic and 30 FPS. Hotkeys are set to = to start record and - to stop recording.

I added a scene, added a source (Game Capture), then went into Capture Specific Window. I launched Mass Effect Andromeda and chose-it into the specific window choice. (Mass Effect Andromeda.exe, or something like that)

At this point, I'd like to know what the Window Match priority is, and what the anti-cheat compatibility hook is?

Nevertheless, I proceeded to record my game and it worked pretty well, if a little choppy.

Then, I started the same process with Mass Effect 1. I recorded 20 minutes and then, when I tried to look at the FLV, it had no weight... I waited a little and there was a video. Only, unlike the preceding video, which had image and sound, this one was a black screen with audio. Here's a log (might not be the good one, in which case I'll try to do a new failed video and post again.):
