Question / Help Setting up my DSLR for live streaming/MIC Setup

I have my DSLR setup with capture card hooked up to my windows laptop. I just cant figure how to use the external mic hooked up to my DSLR.

Cant seem to be able to find the mic in the OBS software.

How do you have the camera connected to be captured in OBS? What camera are you using?

I am using Canon 80D DSLR. Using Elgato HD60 S as capture card.

Apparently the 80D does not output audio over HDMI. You'll need to run audio separately.
