I am currently having an issue where the 4k60 pro isn't detecting my GoPro hero 7 black and wont connect to obs. I've looked every where and can't seem to find anything on the topic. I currently have the capture card slotted in the pcie 3.0 slot on my mother board.
I've tried:
-Updating Windows
-Updating drivers
-Downloaded the utility(didn't detect it there either)
I think the only thing left to do is nchange the pcie 3.0 to pcie 2.0 but I could find anything on how to do that either.
It would be a huge help if I could get suggestions on what to try next.
PC Specs:
-Msi B550 Tomahawk Motherboard
-AMD Ryzen 7 5800x
-Msi Gaming Trio 3060
-32GB G-Skill Trident z 3600
-Sabrent Rocket v.2 SSD
