Question / Help Setting Problems

I am having a lot of problems to find the right settings. (Screen recording, not stream) I changed my settings a lot of times 1st cause I had pixelation problems and 2nd I am having no pixelation but a new issue which is lags in the recording, the game itself (WoTBlitz) doesnt lag while recording I easily run at 60fps with no drops. I just dont know how to find the right settings to get good video quality, no lags at least 48/30fps (recording), no pixelation.
