Setting audio to "video capture device" not capturing audio

I tried to set the audio capture to "video capture device" and the audio sounds like some awful feedback, a loud buzzing noise. Using "desktop audio" works just fine. https://obsproject.com/logs/cB0ldywYfMDD4IiF
