I am getting ERROR - Please help...! First time trying in this PC

Windows 10 - OBS 27.1.3
HP Z620 - XEON E5-2620 6-Cores - 16GB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA Quadro K4000

I set Recording Folder and output to mp4
I loaded an image - a church as background and selected a video mp4 ads Media Source - when i went to record for first time in this PC I have gotten: ... How to bypass this error...? Recording Never starts...

AFTER trying RECORDING OBS SCREEN got the error... well?

Can I install an older version of OBS...? What OBS version to install compatible with this graphics card?

That is a 10yr old CPU. So expect to struggle with the computationally demanding workload of real-time video encoding done entirely in CPU (or get a GPU with NVENC to do encode offload, but with current GPU prices, not sure worth it on such an old system for OBS). Mind you, my personal PC is running an even older Xeon x5675 (fine for VMs, email, etc)

And I'd advise to NOT run green screen (chroma-keying) to start... and won't be surprised if that is too much for such an old CPU
