Basically I found out my problem and solution here:

OBS was working fine on my machine (Apple M2 Pro / macOS Sonoma). All of a sudden after a crash, it won't load again. I get a screen error that says: Failed to initialize video. Your GPU may not be supported, or your graphics drivers may need to be updated. I uninstalled OBS using...

But this solution is for Mac and not Windows.
Does anyone know how to change the initialization file canvas size through the files so I can open OBS again and not lose everything?
