Hi I'm new here, and I would like to know if anyone has already tested how well OBS Studio works on the Dell Poweredge 2950 Server with Ubuntu Server or Ubuntu operating system.

I highly doubt that will go as well as you hope. OBS is designed for modern desktop use, meaning it makes use of GPU functions that are generally unavailable on a rack mounted server.

You should only need to ensure you have enough resources available (cpu cycles, memory and network bandwith) and you should be fine.
