I look at my video in OBS and it's fine. No lag . . . but as soon as I go to Twitch or YouTube there is a serious lag. I move my hand and its fine in OBS, but it doesn't move on YouTube or Twitch until a minute or so later. There is a good chance I may not have my settings right, but I have tried everything. I am new to OBS and I want to start live streaming with it on YouTube and Twitch. What am I doing wrong? I am very new to OBS, so any help you can give me would be greatly appreciated!
