Been streaming off and on for a few months, but recently started streaming more seriously. I added an overlay in the form of a browser source and since then I've been suffering lag so bad it's just not worth streaming. I've tweaked settings here and there to no avail. All the numbers look good and appear like it should be a smooth stream. I've looked through the forums and tried a lot, but just can't seem to solve the issue.
