Question / Help Serious drop in fps while streaming league of legends

So while streaming league im getting really low fps usually get 200+ on very high settings when not streaming and when i stream it goes down to 100-90 in team fights even into the 60s with a pretty decent rig.

My specs are

i7 4790k
z97x gaming 5 mobo
2x gtx 970's

Also tried using the nvidia codec just now with the new 6k bitrate twitch have implemented and im still getting low fps lol what is going on?

Don't be so impatient.
Anyway disable multi-adapter compatibility and disable SLI if you're using that.

I've tried that and nothings changed i don't see how i can drop from 200+ to 90fps streaming at 720/60fps with a i7 4790k something is clearly wrong with my settings
