Serious Bug: Using filters lead to eco or unsynced stereo sounds.

When i turn on any filters like nvilda noise cancelling or expander, my stereo sounds gets unsynced. This lead to one channle (righ or left) being around .5 seonds slower. So it's not synced and sound very distracting. If anyone know the solution, please share.
