Bug Report Serious Audio sync issues with OBS Studio 0.15.X

So I've had some audio desync issues before, but I changed my OBS settings around a bit and didn't seem to experience them any more up until the new 0.15 version. Now my audio is desynced right out of the gate and I simply have no idea what to do to fix it, the only solution I see for now is to roll back to 0.14. My audio lags about a second behind, which is terrible. I don't know how well my mic is synced up since it's hard to test that, but my playback device's totally out of sync! I really, really need to get this fixed.

Here's the latest log file: https://gist.github.com/597cff861edca719001027295f975e11

And he's a clip the log file is referring to: https://www.dropbox.com/s/fiba74t3vij7fty/2016-07-10 20-09-46.mp4?dl=0

My playback device track is set to Track 2, so you'll have to download the clip(6 MB) to experience the desync(by the way, the desyncing also happens if my playback device is set to Track 1). Also, I didn't bother to set my OBS priority to above normal, so after I start clicking through the menu it starts lagging horribly, but I feel like the cip should be sufficient for the demonstration as the desync is clearly visible in the first couple of seconds of clicking through the menu, where the video doesn't lag.

Please, I need help with this.

Skipping that many frames is an indication of other problems.

is it same without discord?
you may want to change x264 to ultrafast to save some cpu. veryfast 1080p60 is quite a lot to process. consider quicksync for recording

As I said in the post,

Also, I didn't bother to set my OBS priority to above normal, so after I start clicking through the menu it starts lagging horribly, but I feel like the cip should be sufficient for the demonstration as the desync is clearly visible in the first couple of seconds of clicking through the menu, where the video doesn't lag.

I know how to fix the issue with so many skipped frames. Also, just by browsing the settings menu I found a setting go change my OBS' process priority automatically, wasn't an option when I initally got it so I had to do it manually in the task manager every time.

Not sure how it is without discord, and not able to test that right now, will test and tell you the results when I can. The video I recorded is actually 1080p30(29.97 actually, but who cares), and I have no idea how to enable QuickSync. Wasn't able to do that with the old OBS btw. And again, I'll try ultrafast when I can. But thanks for advice!

Okay, so I managed to set up QuickSync and test it today, works fantastic! I am now able to record 1080p60(or at least it seems like it, will have to test it out some more to see how it performs in the long run, but so far so good) without what seems like any lag in game. Also all the audio desyncing issues are gone, both the original video file and Adobe Premeire don't have any audio problems which is great! A quick question though, I looked throw the log of my testings and here's what I found:

20:01:40.743: Output 'adv_file_output': Total encoded frames: 5532
20:01:40.743: Output 'adv_file_output': Total drawn frames: 5533
20:01:40.743: Output 'adv_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 60 (1.1%)

Any advice on what settings I should change in QuickSync to not have this issue? My current settings:

Edit: It also attached the screenshot to the post, they're the same screenshots, I just wasn't sure if it was being attached at all so decided to include the image in the post as well.

1% is not a tragedy, maybe your gpu cant keep stable 59.94 or you can try disabling obs preview for recording
close as many unneeded programs and processes as you can
swiitch windows to high performance in power management and your gpu also in driver panel

for the record, for 59,94 display you need
59,94 desktop refresh
59,94 or 29,97 in obs
59,94 in game if there is switch for it (like bf3 or bf4)
always vsync in game
