I have the following setup :
Xbox One with 100% wireless headset (Turtle Beach Stealth 420x+)
Elgato HD60
Intel i7-4700MQ laptop
Logitech C920 webcam
At the moment I don't have a separate USB mic, but I would like one for better quality, and I have some queries over the setup.
I currently record the party chat by using the Xbox app on the laptop. I do this by creating a party using a secondary account, and all the players join that party. That way, the desktop audio picks up what the secondary account hears, i.e all the players, including myself, for the OBS input.
If I have a separate USB mic, it will be straightforward to add the audio from that to OBS. But how do I make sure my party can hear me from that mic? or do I have to keep using my headset mic as well?
