Question / Help Separate Advanced Audio Properties? (or something like this)

So basically, let's say I have 2 Scenes.
In the first one, I would like to record my mic and desktop audio in just 1 track, so I check Track 1 in the advanced audio properties.
That's OK, but in the 2nd scene, I want Mic in track 1, and Desktop in track 2.
How would I separate these settings?

Record to 3 tracks. First track desktop audio+mic, 2nd track desktop audio only, 3rd track mic only. In postprocessing, insert the desired track into the output video depending on the scene.
