Sending Capture though email

So I am trying to send a video I made to my mom but the thing is that it says that the file is too big and I cannot edit the video. I only use outlook please help!! Also, this is a video of a zoom meeting.

You're going to need to upload the recording to a service like dropbox or onedrive to send such a video, or alternatively upload it to youtube set to private or unlisted and share the link to her.
