Send scene to Decklink continuously

Hi, so we just switched from Win to Mac. And the only thing that's really been a bummer is not having the spout2 plugin. We use monitor with a clock, recording time and stream output from a scene and output that to the decklink which goes to the monitor.

I tried the decklink output filter. But it does not send the scene to the monitor when it's not selected.

So is there a way to send a scene to decklink continuously?
