Send OBS Feed to Another Computer's OBS

Long story short, I have two PC setup. I want to be able to multistream horizontally from one computer, and multistream all vertical streams from the other computer (same network).

What's the easiest way I can achieve sending my camera feeds, capture cards, etc on the main horizontal computer over to the vertical OBS computer? NDI?
