Send mixed audio to zoom and headset at the same time

How do I send mixed audio to Zoom and listen to it at the same time?
There is only one monitoring port and I can't connect it to the the Virtual Cable (for Zoom) and the monitoring headset at the same time.
I will be mixing several microphones and need to hear the balance, people will be watching on Zoom.
Any suggestions?
