So.. i'm running a 3440x1440 ultra wide on gaming pc.. and a 1080p60 elgato capture card on the other. after some searching i found that obs was likely the best way to scale the ultrawide down to soemthing the capture card can use without being distorted.
All of this i've figured out. But when using OBS does it not send audio from the scene through to the "fullscreen projector preview" (or source) I can do it with another program.. and duplicate the audio. But i thought there might be a simpler way to do it without catching all the extra windows sound.
What i want to do is capture game video and sound.. and discord on one pc. Resize the video and send it to the other pc.(with audio) The other pc can do everything else with the capture card, OBS, stream deck, Microphone and the general stream stuff...
At this point i feel like i bought the wrong capture card.. cause i can't simply clone my display without resizing my ultrawide. :/
