Selecting my HDMI cable as my audio source

I am currently using "desktop audio". I chose "USB 2 video" (my video capture device" and instead of capturing the audio it captures a loud buzzing noise. I realize that that inoput is muted but that was to get ride of the buzzing noise. I am trying to capture the audio which is part of the HDMI cable.
