Select a Social Comment to Display on Screen

Is there a way to select out of your comments a single comment and display it on screen? Ecamm Live has this feature. The comments gather in a window and then you click a button and that one comment goes on the screen until you remove it (or there's a timer setting). Anyone know how to do this?

I'm looking for the same thing. So far I haven't found anything. Stream Yard does that and it’s awesome.

Would LOVE the ability to do this without having to go through StreamYard or Restream when everything I need is available in OBS. Fingers crossed!
