My internet speeds are usually around 14-15 mb/s up on a bad day 30+ mb/s on a good day (depending on if time warner is throttling me or not.) And my download speeds are well above 50 mb/s. When I go to stream, OBS tells me it isn't even utilizing 1 mb/s upload. I have tooled and played around on OBS and still just cannot get it to do any better. I have set my bitrate to 450 because of the bad connection and even then I still get dropped frames around 30%. If you need to know my hardware specs, just ask. I will say it's a $2,000 desktop built by a professional so I doubt it's my hardware. But then again I am not the most knowledgeable about comps. pls help.
