Seemingly random disconnects for no apparent reason

One example should be possible to be found here which is a current log:
Otherwise since it is happening in close to all my streams lately here is also the log from the last session:

Basically since I think start of August, right after an update around that time I started having disconnects while streaming to twitch. It simply does not show any connection, not only 0 kb/s upload rate which is what I'm used to when I have internet issues. Also I am able to write in chat and everything so it really doesn't seem to be an internet issue.

Overall I'm pretty clueless what the issue could be since I changed pretty much nothing regarding streaming setup on OBS before these disconnects started to occur. I got recommended to ask for help around here, so that's what I'm doing now, I guess.

Thanks in advance for any possible feedback.

1. OBS is not running as Administrator. This can lead to OBS not being able to Game Capture certain games. If you are not running into issues, you can ignore this.
2. Display and Game Capture Sources interfere with each other. Never put them in the same scene (scenes 'Cam Right' and 'Cam Left'). Don't use Display Capture to capture your games (see #1).
3. Multiple Game Capture sources are usually not needed, and can sometimes interfere with each other (scene 'Cam Right'). You can use the same Game Capture for all your games. If you change games often, try out the hotkey mode, which lets you press a key to select your active game. If you play games in fullscreen, use 'Capture any fullscreen application' mode.
4. Your log contains streaming sessions with dropped frames. This can only be caused by a failure in your internet connection or your networking hardware. It is not caused by OBS.

Network Optimizations are enabled. This option is disabled by default. It is only suggested to enable Network Optimizations if you are having issues streaming. The setting can be toggled in Settings -> Advanced -> Network. Try disabling that and enabling Dynamic Bitrate for your dropped frames.

If still having issues, follow the troubleshooting steps at: Dropped Frames and General Connection Issues.

If still having issues, then post a new log.

You do have a network issue, most probably caused by the ISP.
17:48:46.332: WriteN, RTMP send error 10054 (4097 bytes)
17:48:46.332: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (80 bytes)
17:48:46.466: WriteN, RTMP send error 10038 (42 bytes)

Speedtest don't measure RTMP protocol which is used for streaming.
After checking everything on your side, including changing the port where the network cable is connected into the router/modem, contact the ISP regarding an issue specifically with Twitch servers and streaming.

Is not random, there's a network issue.
